This year’s symposium opens at 10 a.m. with a brief welcome followed by a keynote address from Dr. David Haworth, who is president and CEO of the Morris Animal Foundation. The MAF is the largest nonprofit source of veterinary research funding in the world. Haworth will be discussing the role of the foundation in raising awareness and funds to conduct meaningful, life-changing research that ultimately benefits animal well-being.
